Testing times force commoners and celebrities to take desperate measures. Now corona pandemic is making everyone shed their egos and work as a team in a collective manner. Top Tollywood directors changed their mindset completely after the corona pandemic. They are helping each other in the testing times.  They are helping in the preparation of the scripts and the stories.

Longtime back Mani Ratnam and Ram Gopal Varma used to help each other regarding scripts. Now all of them are doing the same. However no free meals are offered here. They are demanding huge remuneration for their help. Star directors are getting crores as remuneration as a side income.

One may wonder how they are able to manage it in their busy schedule. Each director has a team of ten writers. They are using the genex writers as the ghost writers. Since they only finalize the ideas, they are concentrating on their projects and getting what they require from their team by giving them ideas. For doing so, they are getting huge amounts as remuneration from the producers.
