What Happened To Baahubali Web Series?

Ace director SS Rajamouli with his magnum opus Baahubali elevated the standard of Indian cinema at the international level. After the sensation of Baahubali The Beginning and Baahubali The Conclusion, Arka Media announced that they would come up with a web-series with the same concept.

As said, they started the web-series with directors Deva Katta and Praveen Sattaru helming it. The web series has 13 episodes and Rajamouli directed the first episode. Apart from Arka Media, popular OTT Netflix turned the co-producer. Now speculation is increasing as to what happened as to Baahubali web series.

Reports are coming that when the shooting is nearing completion and VFX work also nearly got completed. However, Netflix India officials after watching the web series rushes expressed their disappointment.

They felt that the VFX work is of poor standards and people who have high expectations over Baahubali web series will be extremely disappointed. So Arka Media now stopped web series work and is completing the patchwork. It has to be seen whether Netflix will be satisfied after the reworked version.
