Buzz: Pushpa More Budget Than Prabhas 20!

Apparently, Stylish Star Allu Arjun has taken his ongoing film Pushpa highly prestigious. As such, the film is being made a Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam multilingual Pan Indian film. This is said to be an out and out commercial potboiler from Stylish Star.

Pushpa makers planned an extensive shoot in the dense forest of Rampachodavam before the lockdown was announced. Though the lockdown disturbed the film's shoot, the entire team is determined to make it a high end mass entertainer with a lavish budget being poured in for some forest sets built in popular studios. 

Incidentally, Pushpa's budget is said to be more than another pan Indian film Prabhas 20. Touted to be a soft romantic entertainer with 1970s backdrop, Prabhas's 20 makers allocated a mediocre budget to the film. Recently, a hospital set was erected in which a major talkie part of the film with the lead stars is planned. 

But then, why such an astronomical budget for Pushpa? It is a known fact that Allu Arjun's latest offing Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo collected Rs.162+ crore worldwide share and stood as an industry hit (non BB) of Tollywood. Allu Arjun wishes to make Pushpa also a pan Indian industry hit. In essence, big bucks have inevitably been incurred by film's team Mythri Movie Makers.
