Yesteryear actress Ramya Krishna attained superstardom in south romancing top stars in Tamil and Telugu. She even went on to star in Bollywood films like Khalnayak, Criminal, Shapath, Bade Miya Chote Miya. Though most of her films entertained North movie lovers, for some reasons she did not do any more Bollywood films.
Ramya Krishna speaking about why she did not do Bollywood films said, "Frankly speaking my films did not do well in North. I did not even get interesting and exciting offers in Bollywood and so did not do any Hindi films. I am doing well in the south".
Ramya Krishna showed her power in the powerful role of Sivagami in Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali. She then got busy with Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam projects. Ramya Krishna is playing the role of Vijay Deverakonda's mother in Fighter directed by Puri Jagannadh. Speaking about Fighter she said the film will be another Baahubali.
