Stop Corona Counting! Else, Start Counting Them

It seems union and state governments haven't learnt the lessons from lockdown. The lockdown broadly resulted in loss of lakhs of crores in Indian economy, shutdown of thousands of companies, loss of crores of jobs and thousands of deaths in various forms. 

And the prime purpose of containing Coronavirus was also not fulfilled. Currently. the total number of Corona positive cases are clocked at 56+K. "Had we not imposed lockdown, total number of Corona positive cases could have been more than 10 lakhs," a beautiful lame excuse is mouthed every now and then by some politicians. 

"COVID is not at all a community spreader," confirmed by many doctors and scientists. 

Even if the lockdown imposed or lifted, the number of positive cases will keep on increasing. Yet, we should learn to live with Corona. To ensure this, the counting of Corona positive cases shall be stopped immediately. 

Comparatively, manifolded spike of positive cases are recorded with other viruses such as HIV, Malarial virus, dengue, swine flu etc. The governments have never ever thought of day wise counting of the positive cases of these viruses. Similarly, the day should come the counting of Corona cases to be stopped and the people should treat it an ordinary contagion which is cured with safe distancing, face masking and maintaining personal hygiene with proper medication and diet on time.
