Developed nations like Italy, Spain and France got enlightened with the fact that lockdown won't contain corona. Germany is all set to reopen schools as well while Australia is contemplating to lift lockdown at the earliest. 

Never ever had USA thought of imposing lockdown to the entire nation. 

In fact, the probability of being attacked with the spread of the ghastly virus is more in aforementioned developed nations than South Asian tropical countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

They couldn't even stop the banking sectors levying EMIs of the people despite the G.O. on 3-month moratorium on EMIs released. 

"All this is due to adamant attitude of the PM. He wants to claim the credit at international level with such monopolistic decisions. All in all, there is a dire need the PM restricting lockdown to only a few areas where the spread of the pandemic is more. Wish that the needful is done by the PM.
