Lockdown: Mega Hero Under Tremendous Pressure

Supreme hero Sai Tej’s debut film Rey was launched grandly and director-cum-producer YVS Chwdar made the film lavishly. Unfortunately, the film released second due to delay in production and financial crisis ended as disaster. However, Tej’s first release Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham stood as super hit.

Like his elder brother, mega debutante Vaishnav Tej is also under tremendous pressure for his debut flick Uppena. The film is done with all the production and post-production works. But, it got postponed to unknown date due to corona lockdown.

First film is crucial for any hero and Vaishnav Tej pinned many hopes to score first hit with his very first film. Though the film is carrying good buzz since songs got exceptional response, the postponement is making the mega hero disquiet. Sai Tej is said to be trying to give mortal support to his younger brother in the tough times.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Uppena co-starring Krithi Shetty, will be remade in Tamil with hero Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay playing the lead.
