Apparently, Prince Mahesh Babu hasn't learnt lessons from the blunders committed by him previously in his dealings with the directors. This hero kept top director Sukumar in waiting for one long year post the director delivered an industry hit Rangasthalam.
Sukumar was heard to have prepared two scripts for Mahesh Babu one a pan Indian period entertainer while the other one an action entertainer. Both the scripts, howbeit, were turned down by the Prince which resulted Sukumar giving up Mahesh's combo and joined hands with Stylish Star Allu Arjun for an action entertainer. There is an aired report that the script of this film is none other than the script which was penned for Mahesh Babu.
Finally, Mahesh Babu opted for Anil Ravipudi to replace Sukumar. And the combo worked for Sarileru Neekevvaru. The film has come out a routine mass entertainer and stood as a big hit only in Telugu states. Besides, the film couldn't stop Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo becoming an industry hit (non BB) of Tollywood.
It's also alleged by some gossipmongers that Mahesh Babu has differences with Trivikram while Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli's project has been kept on hold for a long time with reasons unknown.
And now, as we reported, Mahesh Babu and Vamsi Paidipally's project is kept on hold and Mahesh Babu is likely to collaborate Parasuram. Let's wait and watch if Mahesh's decision is proved right with a mega hit in their combo.
