Aravind Swamy, NTR Would’ve Been Deadly Combo

Young Tiger NTR surprised all with his performance in Nannaku Prematho directed by Sukumar. In the film, Subrahmanyam (Rajendra Prasad) who gets cheated by Krishnamurthy Kautilya (Jagapathi Babu), tells his three sons that his final wish was to take revenge on Krishnamurthy. His youngest son Abhiram (NTR) takes the onus upon himself and using his intelligence exacts revenge.

The cat and mouse game between NTR and Jagapathi Babu impressed all. Actually, the makers at first planned to cast Aravind Swamy in Krishnamurthy's role. However, he couldn't do the role as he was busy with other commitments and so the role went to Jagapathi Babu who made a powerful impact in his own style.

However, it would have been a deadly combo had Aravind Swamy accepted to be part of the film.

The film starred Rakul Preet Singh as heroine opposite NTR and Devi Sri Prasad's tunes turned out to be chartbusters.
