An interesting dissimilarity has been noticed between the release dates of Megastar Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimhareddy and Young Rebel Star Prabhas's Saaho.
Saaho was initially planned for release on August 15. However, the film's team had to get their film pushed to August 29 release. Since two small budget films Mission Mangal and Batla House were locked on August 15 release, Saaho got its release date deferred to August 29.
On the contrary, despite understanding the fact that a Bollywood's big star Hrithik Roshan's War would be releasing on October 2, Sye Raa makers didn't get their film's release date changed. As a result, Sye Raa is hitting the screens on the scheduled date October 2, itself.
But then, why this merely contrasting difference between the attitudes of Sye Raa and Saaho makers? According to observers, confidence played a vital role here. "Actually, Saaho team didn't have that confidence on their film's content and which was why team Saaho worried about oppositions and got their film's release postponed to August 29. In contrast, Sye Raa makers have absolutely strong confidence on their project's success and which is why without swerving on opposition film, they are letting the film released on October 2 only," an analyst said.
It seems Sye Raa's strategy is working wonders. Currently, Sye Raa is carrying humongous hype while War generates an ordinary buzz.
