Apparently, King Nagarjuna messed up with top director Trivikram. During the pre release event of Manmadhudu 2, Nagarjuna intentionally praised director Vijaya Bhaskar for his directorial prowess for Manmadhudu and conveniently ignored Trivikram who penned the dialogues for the film.
De facto, Trivikrams dialogues are said to be prime reason for the super hit result of Manmadhudu. But then, why is Nagarjuna reluctant to mention Trivikram's name. What could have been the reason for Nag's strange act?
According to inside sources, Nagarjuna approached Trivikram to direct Akhil's third venture. Now that, Akhil's debut film Akhil and second venture Hello stood as disasters, Nag took Akhil's third venture prestigious wished the film would be directed by Trivikram. As such, Nagarjuna is learnt to have offered a hefty pay cheque to wizard of words.
Trivikram, however, neither had given nod nor had said firm 'no' to Nagarjun, which irked the latter to the core. Subsequently, there appeared a clear breach between the hero and the director and which was reflected through Nag's words in Manmadhudu 2's pre release event.
Manmadhudu 2 is hitting screens on Friday world wide. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the film was made on Annapurna Studios.
