Varun Tej's Valmiki directed by Harish Shankar is landing in numerous problems and it seems Mega Prince is washing off his hands. Already the film is facing opposition over the title Valmiki as the community is demanding change as they feel it is hurting their sentiments.
Now reports are coming that differences are increasing between Harish Shankar and the producers Ram and Gopi Achanta over the film budget. Producers planned to wrap the film in Rs 20 crs but they are now furious with Harish Shankar, increasing the budget enormously.
What is shocking all is Harish Shankar is demanding full remuneration and even the theatrical rights for areas like Krishna and Vizag. Ram and Gopi known as calm persons are trying to resolve the issue amicably.
In the midst of all this, Varun Tej is washing off his hands by not taking sides. Inside talk is people close to the producers stepped in to solve the problem as Valmiki is on the verge of completion.
