Saaho starring young rebel star Prabhas and Bollywood beauty Shraddha Kapoor is generating tremendous interest among movie lovers across the country. Entire nation is waiting eagerly for the film's release on August 30th as this happens to be Prabhas' first after the sensation he created with Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali.
In the midst of all this, Shraddha Kapoor's fitness trainer Maahek Nair revealed the secrets of Saaho and her preparation for the film. He said Saaho schedule was extremely hectic with morning and night shoots and Shraddha devoted her time. He said she trained minimum 45-50 minutes for her workout when they were based at Ramoji Film City. He said she slept less and came for the workouts before getting ready for the shoot.
He revealed that Shraddha maintaed a clean diet and all her meals were pre-planned to decide the contents one day ahead.
