Mega Star Chiranjeevi's upcoming entertainer Sye Raa, a biopic on India's first freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy directed by Surender Reddy is generating tremendous interest among all the sections. This is because Chiranjeevi playing the role of a freedom fighter for the first time in his career and it also stars Amiabh Bachchan in a powerful role. Meanwhile, an intense discussion is going on about how a blunder by Sye Raa makers is going to have its effect on the film’s end result.

Movie buffs will not accept any deviations and changes from the hard facts and real life happenings in biographical films. One can experience it in first hand from the results of Balakrishna's prestigious project, biopic on his dad NTR, which released in two parts Kathanayakudu and Mahanayakudu. People are well aware of the story of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who fought bravely against the British. It’s better not to change or tamper with the real life incidents.

But with Chiranjeevi being the lead, the makers of Sye Raa are of the opinion that a tragic ending may not go down well with the fans. So they are planning to tamper with the facts and end the film without showing Narasimha Reddy's tragic ending. They are contemplating on ending the story after Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy's major battle with the British.

Analysts opine gone are the days that Tollywood movie lovers did not accept tragic ending with lead role's demise. Tastes of audience changed and they are accepting even tragic endings. Sye Raa is not a fantasy story and there is no way movie lovers reject the film just because the film shows the tragic end of a freedom fighter.

If Sye Raa makers twist the facts, then it will be gross injustice to the great freedom fighter and distortion of history. Better Sye Raa makers proceed ahead bravely and show power on the silver screen to break records at the box office.
