Sankalp Reddy created a sensation with his debut film Ghazi featuring Rana, which went on to win the National Award. Sankalp Reddy, who left all stunned with Indo-Pak underwater war film Ghazi, is readying another special film this time with a spacecraft. The sci-fi thriller Antariksham 9000 KMPH with Varun Tej is slated for a grand release on Dec 21.
Meanwhile, Sankalp came up with a shocker revealing the mistakes in Ghazi and revealing plans of making Antariksham 2. Highlighting the point that when movie lovers get connected emotionally, they do not pay attention to logics, he said revealing the mistakes in Ghazi. He said even the most intelligent and educated people forgot the simple fact that a submarine do not move up and down all the time.
He said however one should know up to what extent one can take cinematic liberties as otherwise the film may end up as a comedy of errors or as a documentary. He said his Antariksham will have all the missing elements in Ghazi. “Ghazi did not have romance, but Antariksham has romance and is blended beautifully with patriotism. I’m planning Antariksham 2.”
