Budget definitely matters for films of small to medium range heroes. If spent excess amount, chances are minimal for a film to become commercial success, even if it gets positive response after release. In very rare cases, small time films do wonders at box office.

Young and talented hero Adivi Sesh’s last movie Kshanam was a super hit, thanks to engaging narration. Moreover, the film was made on shoestring budget. Apparently, Sesh thinks his market stamina has been augmented and the budget expended on his upcoming film Goodachari will stun you for sure.

Actually, 10 crore was the estimated budget of Goodachari directed by debutante Sashi Kiran Tikka. It was indeed Sesh who convinced his producer Abhishek Nama to spend such high budget. Shockingly, the film’s budget is increased almost double to estimated budget. As per inner sources, they have spent nearly 18 crores on the film.

One wonder, why they spent massive budget on a small time hero like Adivi Sesh whose market value hardly is 5 to 6 crores. It is also heard that, Goodachari is rip-off of Hindi film Aiyaary directed by Neeraj Pandey. Despite presence of huge star cast, the film ended as disaster.

Producer Abhishek Nama is said to be worried since it is highly impossible task for Goodachari to recover the investment!
