Shankar Hurried for 2.0!

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and top director Shankar's 2.0 got its regular shoot wrapped up some days ago. Extensive VFX will become the part of the film and so is the work progressing on a rapid pace along with the post production work.

2.0 was earlier scheduled for release on January 25. 2018 as a Republic day gift for the audience. Lately, it was gossiped that the film would be postponed to summer due to the delay in post production work.

Clearing all those speculations, team 2.0 has reportedly decided to stick to January 25 to release the film. Also, some of the screens like Sudarshan 35mm of RTC X Roads have been confirmed for the movie.

Amy Jackson has romanced Rajini in this Sci-Fi entertainer. Akshay Kumar reprized the role of a main villain. AR Rahman has composed tunes. The movie was made on Lyca Productions.
