Kamal Plans Sequel For Politics

Sensational director Shankar is currently busy with his 2.0 which is slated for 2018 release. Buzz in Chennai film circles is that the director will be joining hands with Universal star Kamal Haasan for his next project. Interestingly, it is going to be the sequel project of their landmark film Bharateeyudu of 1996. 

We are told that Shankar has in mind a strong storyline with a contemporary touch for this project and will be developing the complete script after the release of 2.0. Kamal Haasan is expected to foray into politics very soon and such film at this juncture of his career will help him in politics as well if it materializes. 

Kamal Haasan did not start any new project after his last film, Sabaash Naidu is stalled for the reasons best known to himself. The actor seems to be preparing the ground for his political entry all this while and the announcement may happen for Dussehra. So, Bharateeyudu 2 can be a solid footing to build a strong political structure of his life.
