Here’s what he said..<br><strong>Tell us about your family background?</strong><br>Mine is an agriculture-based, underprivileged family from Nagari. There were days we even stole salt to eat. My parents and elder brother worked hard to educate us. When I entered films, my brother stopped talking to me. But after watching this movie and my performance in it, he spoke to me. Among those who always stood by me in this journey, my sister Chamundeshwari and brother-in-law Koteshwara Rao come first.<br><strong>Tell us about your cinema journey?</strong><br>I worked in Bengaluru for a few days. I came to Hyderabad in 2017. Since then, I tried to act in films. Everyone said my acting was good. But no one gave me a chance. I worked as an associate director for Mahipal Reddy garu for the film ' Poster '. Then came a gap due to Corona. During that time, I directed and acted in a short film on YouTube. After that, I worked again in the direction department.<br><strong>What challenges did you face in this journey?</strong><br>I faced many hardships while making the short film. At that time, I had to ask my family for money to buy a camera. No one came forward to invest and produce it either. I didn’t have membership in any association. I got that story registered under another director. Even the producer asked me for money. Later, I took training under Dr. Shaik John Bashir garu.<br><strong>Tell us about your journey at B Studio?</strong><br>At B Studio, they asked for One Lakh rupees for personal training. I asked dejectedly, “Is acting only for those who have money?” Immediately, seeing my commitment, they gave me training for free without taking a single rupee from me. I performed dozens of plays there. While I was doing those plays, the associate directors of ‘Thimmarajupalli TV’ saw me. They auditioned all of us right there.<br><strong>How did it feel to act as a villain?</strong><br>In the past, those who acted as villains later became big heroes. When I was told it was a villain role, all those stars came to my mind. A villain is just as important to a film as the hero. For this movie, I gained weight. I gained a full thirty kilos. I worked really hard to fit the role of Siddaiah. When people who watched the film ask, “Was that really you?”, I feel so happy and content.<br><strong>Tell us about the appreciation you received from the industry?</strong><br>After watching the film, Kiran Abbavaram anna appreciated the entire team. Especially, he praised Pradeep anna and me a lot. “You’re so silent outside… how did you appear like that on screen?” he was surprised. “You did wonderfully,” Kiran anna complimented. Naresh Agastya garu also praised me a lot. My Bashir sir too appreciated me greatly. Bashir sir was happy that four of his students acted in the same film. After going to the institute, he spoke about me and hugged me. I can never forget that moment.<br><strong>What are your current projects and what are you doing now?</strong><br>I’m working part-time at B Studio. I’m getting calls from many people. <p>Srinath Maganti performed well in the lead role. He showed the pain of carrying his childhood happennings and dealing with them and also showed his mass angle showing his prowess with rustic and rugged look. He entertained with his mass mannerims and expressions and emotions. He with his screen presence made an impact on the screen with his dialogue delivery.</p>
<p>Rajhessh performed well in the role of the antagonist Patel and the scenes featuring him and Srinath stands out. Gayathri Ramana made her debut and she performed well in the role of a innocent young girl who also takes a bold stand while choosing her life partner.</p>
<p>Rajkumar Kasireddy and Muralidhar Goud made their presence felt with their performances. Vishwabath Mandalika is ok in the role of&nbsp; the lead actor's father. <p>Mension House Mallesh story is penned by Bala Satish. Bala Satish came up with a story in the backdrop of a rustic village atmosphere. The story has no new elements and lacks freshness. It starts in a predictable manner and continues in the same vein right from the start to the finish.</p>
<p>He added mass elements and double-meaning dialogues to appeal to B,C centres. He drew inspiration from the films like Ek Mini Katha and others. He took the core point from such kind of films which viewers were treated with earlier and added mass elements to attract.</p>
<p>Few scenes in the first half may appeal to masses but even they cannot sit through all the drinking scenes at the start. The second half turns out to be a patience tester and pre climax turns out to be little decent before the film comes to a happy ending. The story turned out to be routine and predictable and screenplay turned out to be uni dimensional and convenient. Direction followed the familiar traits.</p>
<p>Suresh Bobbili's background music is according to the story and the narration. The songs are situational and didnot make much impact. Roshan is ok in the role of their son.After a longtime, Prince Cecil is see in a key role and he is ok with is performance.&nbsp; Dhanraj performed in a typical manner in the role of the police officer and it is tailormade for him. <p>He tried to blend humor and thrills but failed on both fronts. He starts the narration by introducing the protagonist's family as a different one by adding a hilarious touch. However nothing excites. None of the character arcs appeal to viewers as they just pass through the motions and most of the scenes miss logics and had artificial flavor.</p>
<p>The comedy of Sivaji, Laya and Roshan didnot workout as the scenes lacked the strengh and the role of Prince turned out to be silly. Director Sudheer Ram's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be weak and disappointinng. <p>Sree Vishnu played a completely different&nbsp; role in the film. He slipped into the role effortlessly and did justice to it. He showed good emotions while feeling the pain of a small girl, expressed accordingly when he was not given the crime reporter job and came up with intense expressions while trying to nab the criminal.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Reba Monica John played the role of the ACP.&nbsp; Her role is used just to take the story forward and she didn't get much scope to show her talent. She just passed through the motions.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However once the mysterious deaths start happening screenplay is in place and the narration picks up pace. Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.</p>
<p>People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.</p>
<p>Vidya Sagar Chinta's cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic manner. He used the lighting to perfection to show the night scenes in an interesting way. He used the colour combinations accordingly to show the variations in scenes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.</p>
<p>While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.</p>
<p>With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. Finally, S.Saraswathi's good intentions got diluted due to Varalakshmi's over enthusiasm and the flat screenplay and direction.</p>

When the first half ends, viewers heave a sigh of relief , expecting a better second half.</p>
<p>The second half continues in the same vein with many illogical scenes. However couple of scenes in the run up to the pre climax and climax adds value and connect chords of some viewers. <p>Rajeev Kanakala came up with a subtle performance and elevated the scenes with his performance. He showed variations with his expressions and body language according to the situation. He delivered dialogues showing emotions connecting chords with the viewers as a father who loves and is concerned about his daughter's well-being. He showed love towards his daughter, care and fear for her safety and also the pain when she goes missing.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Vasanthika is good in the role of a daughter. She is bubbly when she gets a job and convinces her family members and showed her fear when the situation turns against her.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Udaya Bhanu did the role of a tough cop quite well. She came up with serious expressions and delivered dialogues accordingly. Her body language as a cop is good.&nbsp;</p>

<p>D/O Prasad Rao story is penned by Poluri Krishna. He tried to thrill viewers with a story that has few surprises. However, he ended up coming with a simple story that turned out to be stale. He started the narration in an interesting manner and this increases the curiosity among viewers in the first few episodes. But from then on, everything turns routine and predictable as in their quest to come up with more twists and turns, they instead turned everything silly.</p>
<p>In his quest to come up with more twists, Poluri Krishna failed to come up with strong characters. This inturn impacted his writing leaving a void and the screenplay goes awry though it looks interesting from outside. With the passage of time, the characters turn preachy with the director unable to fathom how to take the story forward and bring it to a logical conclusion.</p>
<p>The cop is introduced as a tough person and has unique investigation techniques but the investigation scenes offer nothing new. They cop is just turned out to be a mere caricature taking orders from the higherups. Finally when the final episodes end, viewers heave a sigh of relief.</p>
<p>The editing of GV. Chandra Sekhar looks unpolished. There are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He tried to be smart to turn it decent but overall came up with a haphazard output. Sriram gave the background score for the plot. Sriram in his quest to elevate the scenes, came up with a loud score instead of adding finess to the narration. This inturn turned everything into over the top when it is not required. The cinematography of K.Mahesh Kumar is in sync with the story. He didnot try anything extraordinary and did what was required for the story sticking to the basics. Production values are just ok.</p>

<p>Bookie story revolves around a young couple who witness turbulence in their relationship and how they deal with them. Kailash (Ajay Dishan) and Aazhi (Dhanusha) suddenly experience their relationship hit the rock after few years and this lands them in a situation as to whether to continue with the relation or move forward parting ways.</p>
<p>How they react and what decision they take and what role Kailash's father (Pandiarajan) and others played form rest of the narration.</p>

<p>Ajay Dishan came up with a natural and realistic performance. He emoted and expressed well delivering dialogues with ease and giving a relatable feeling to the viewers. Dhanusha performed well as per the situation and did justice to her role. However at times, her role looked exaggerated due to the chracterisation.</p>

<p>Bookie story is penned by Puthiya Parthi and is helmed by Ganesh Chandra. He tried to entertain youngsters with a Gen Z story and used many Gen Z lingos to connect chords with them. But in the process he failed to realise that one cannot differentiate between Romance categorising it into Gen Z or Older generation.</p>
<p>He tried to highlight the purity in love in the older genderation compared to that of immoral values of gen z relationships but sperations and parting of ways have been prevalent in the society since longtime. The screenplay is linear and treads in a predictable fashion and in the end however failed to justify the reunison of the leadpair.</p>
<p>The film lacked the emotions and everything turns artificial as the director stayed away from the ground reality. He spent the entire first half on how the lead pair deal with the breakup and here he tried to impresses Gen Z with jargons like binge watching, stress shopping and stress eating. But he failed to live in the reality. Both the lead pair characters turned out to be artificial bereft of any emotions. Much to the disappointment of all, the so called interval bang fell flat.</p>
<p>He passed most of the time and the second half with flashbacks. Instead of increasing the interest levels, these turned out to be patient testers. Ganesh Chandra's writing turned out to be lazy and he thought it was casual and interesting. Sadly, he failed to understand the meaning and thought process of Gen Z and he confined himself to use it as jargons.</p>
<p>The music for the film is tuned by Vijay Antony. Though songs didnot make much impact, he added value to the narration with his background music. Ganesh Chandra himself handled the cinematography and he captured the visuals in an appealing and beautiful manner. The editing of Vijay Antony could have been far better as there are scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. Dialogues are ok. Production values are fine.</p>

<p>Suhas asusual did justice to his role. The role is tailormade for him and it has the blend of romance, youthful exuberance, humour and emotions associated with it. He worked hard to make an impact and made a decent impression. However at times, it looked as though he is just passing through the motions.</p>
<p>Shivani Nagaram looked decent on the screen. She performed well according to her role. She didnot get much scope to showcase her acting talent and variations in it but carried the little hearts vibes into the film. She impressed with his dialogue delivery.</p>

<p>The second half continues in the same manner and in the runup to the pre climax and climax, he included father son sentiment scenes. However for all his efforts he failed to blend both entertainment and emotions in a perfect manner and this impacted the film's overall output.</p>
<p>Seeing the film, one understands why Censor Board asked the makers to change the film's title from Hey Bhagawan to Hey Balwanth. The story penned by Gopi Atchara offered nothing new and he came up with a mix of previous hits from various languages. At times the so called entertaining and emotional scenes looked illogical.</p>
<p>Mahi Reddy Pandugula's cinematography is in sync with the story. He showed the scenes in a natural and at the same time colorful as and when required. Viplav Nyshadham's editing is ok but could have been better as there are few repetitive elements that dragged the pace of the narration. The music of Vivek Sagar is ok. The songs looked forced and one could have done away with them as they didnot add much value to the proceedings. His background score is as per the story. Dialogues are hilarious and at times emotional. But many are loaded with double meaning. Production values are decent.</p>

It is known that Arjun launched the film with Vishwak Sen in the lead and Pawann Kalyan graced the launch as a special guest. However, Vishwak Sen opted out of the project and Arjun roped in Sandalwood star Upendra's nephew Niranjan in the lead role. Coincidentally both Vishwak Sen's Funky and Arjun's Seetha Payanam released on the same date.</p>
<p>Seetha Payanam story is nothing new but Arjun tried to highlight the love, marriage, family bonding and other relationships that play key role. To the top of it, he also touched upon the cow protection. For all his efforts he became preachy most of the times. He starts the narration in a routine and simple manner before the road trip which increases curiosity levels. The developments later makes viewers to sit up and watch.</p>
<p>But from the moment heroine decides to thank everyone, the pace dips down considerably and the routine and preachy scenes ends up testing the patience of the viewers. Here Arjun deviated from the main topic and went on to touch topics like cow protection etc. Only during the climax, once again the family emotions connect chords with the viewers.</p>
<p>Anup Rubens came up with foot tapping and melodious tunes. The songs are situational and shot in colourful backdrop. He showed the pain and grief of an unemployed youth and also showed variations in the role of a younger on love and as a person who goes all out for his lover to see her happy all the time and give her the best and memorable moments.</p>
<p>Manasa Varanasi impresses with her performance as a young girl who has her own dreams much against with wishes of her parents and how she goes out to realise them. She showed youthful exuberance and also came up with good emotions and expressions.</p>
<p>Both of them delivered dialogues and emoted well according to the situation showing variations and elevating the scenes.</p>
<p>Goparaju Ramana performed well in the role of the hero's father. Rajeev Kanakala made his presence as heroine's father. <p>The second half takes a serious note and emotions are highlighted to the core, However this dragged the pace of the narration. The pre climax and climax though different in the current context however is stretched to a point.</p>
<p>Though one gets a feeling that everything is predictable in this so called love story, few emotional scenes pierce the hearts.</p>
<p>Aditya Ravindran's background music added soul to the narration and it took viewers into the story. Songs are melodious and situational. The cinematography of Dinesh Purushottaman showed Chennai city in a beautiful manner. The Gorilla shoot in Chennai locations gave a new feel and beautified the scenes on the screen.</p>
