Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon strrer 'Raabta' was plagued by plagiarism charges by Geetha Arts the producers of 'Magadheera'. The makers of 'Magadheera' approached the Mumbai court alleging that team 'Raabta' copied 'Magadheera'. The allegations were made based on the trailer of 'Raabta', that has hero's role and story exactly similar to that of 'Magadheera'.

And the Mumbai court issued notices to team 'Raabta'. The city civil court is likely to give its verdict on June 1. Instead of accepting their blunder, the makers of 'Raabta' indulged in silly defence through a press note.

The press note released by team 'Raabta' says, the words like 'copied' and 'plagiarized' shouldn't have been used by Geetha Arts. "No one can claim copy right in ideas and plots. has been the very essence of copyright law in India for decades. Indian cinema, as an industry, has always promoted and encouraged creative expression of ideas," they said.

But then, the trailer appeared to have deviated the very essence of creative expression and the makers are shamelessly defending 'copied' act. It remains to be seen how would the case be adjudged.

In the meanwhile, Mega Producer Allu Aravind is advised to release the Hindi version of 'Magadheera' again in North India from June 9 so that it would become a lesson for 'Raabta's makers.
