The central plot of Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Khaidi Number 150' is based on farmers woes with the scarcity of water and an MNC Company's conspiracy on them. One of the characters played by Chiranjeevi fights for the rights of farmers in the film.
And today, the makers have unveiled the fifth single 'Neeru Neeru' which instantly touched the hearts of music lovers with its soothing composition that went on tragic note reflecting the problems being faced by the farmers.
"Gonthu endi poye.. pegu thalladilli poye... Ganga thalli jaada ledhanee," lines also make us to recall the hardships being faced by farmers in some areas of Telugu states. Shankar Mahadevan has sung the song while Rama Jogaiah Shastri penned the lyrics. Inner sources say the movie has been made as a message oriented commercial potboiler This VV Vinayak's directorial venture is hitting screens on January 11.
