Every movie has to be little different. Following a routine formula with similar characterizations not only bore the audience but also confine artists within a small space. Nani is not one among them. Although, he enjoys immense following from families and female audience, he cannot repeatedly perform on ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ kind of characterizations. Of late, his last release ‘Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha’ wasn’t a blockbuster but showed Nani in a new light.
That’s the professional satisfaction actors enjoy. Now, it’s time for Nani’s next film ‘Gentleman’ wherein the confusion is again on what is protagonist’s characterization all about. Whether, he is a hero or villain? Apparently, director Indraganti Mohanakrishna is also in bad form. Yet, Nani had the trust and so is the project slated for release this Friday.
‘I never look much into the Box Office result. End of the day, a film can be a hit or flop, if character excites me, I will be ready to go for it. I was so impressed by the script quality and agreed for the film. There’s something special in the film which should surely connect with our audience,’ Nani explains the reason why he picked this ‘Gentleman’ route.
