Amaravati Land Scam: The Biggest in India?

Sakshi Group of Media, yesterday, created such a huge sensation, it also acknowledges the power of media. Until the other day, people attributed the credit of acquiring 25,000 acres of lands to AP Government and the CM Chandrababu Naidu.

As a matter of fact, as per Sakshi media, thousands of lands were acquired by none other than TDP's top brass and their loyalists through benami transactions. Interesting facts are that most of these lands were owned by the benamis who are hardly to make both the ends meet. Some of them include the people who do small scale business or people who do small jobs with little earnings.

It was reported, today, that minister Narayana owned 3129 acres of land in bits for 432 crores and the lands are now valued to 10,000 crores as per market estimations. On the other hand, Chinababu, Nara Lokesh owned precious 'Hailand' as part of a deal with 'Agri Gold'. Having heard these gossips, it appears 'Amaravati Land Scam' is the biggest of all land scams in Independent India. Wonder what how can the AP's CM and the ministers convince the people of AP's capital now? Well, let's not hope the gossips on land scam are proved right with the government. The government should come out with a clean chit given by the authorities concerned or the courts in near future.
