Pattiseema = a Tumbler of Godavari Water into Krishna?

Ever since the AP Government has taken up Pattiseema project, people of Godavari district have been worrying about possible halt of Polavaram project. On the other hand, the heads of the opposition parties in the state alleged that the government had taken up Pattiseema project only to stall Polavaram project. 

According to the former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar, the government has misused Rs.490 crores so that it has no right to talk about corruption. " Inter linkage of river doesn't mean pouring down a tumbler of Godavari waters into Krishna. Pattiseema is a bogus project. The government assured that Polavaram project would be completed by 2018. If the government is stubborn with that decision why should it spend Rs.1700 crores on Patttiseema project? Mr Naidu should answer why Polavaram project moves at a snail pace?" questioned Undavalli Arun Kumar to the AP government. 

As usually, yellow channels and newspapers have given a wide coverage on Pattiseema project and linking of rivers done by the AP government recently for releasing a less content of water.
