History of Mega Heroes Titles

Another hero from mega family has got a powerful title which is to be prefixed for his name hereafter. YVS Chowdary called Sai Dharam Tej as 'Mega Supreme Star' during the launch of Pawanism song from 'Rey' movie. As Sai has already proved his mettle as a superb dancer and good performer, the title maybe apt for him and this will be well proved with his future projects. Let's have a look at the history of the titles of Mega Heroes.

CHIRANJEEVI: In early 80s Chiranjeevi was called 'Daring Dashing Dynamic Hero'. Later, he became 'Supreme Hero' of tollywood. In 'Yamudiki Mogudu', there was a song starts with the lyrics 'Supreme hero'. Chiranjeevi was later given away the title 'Megastar' from 'Maranamrudangam'( 1988) movie. 'Star Star Megastar Star' song from 'Kodamasimham'(1990) was so popular. Although 'Superstar' title was introduced with Rajesh Khanna and was later adopted the same title by many stars from different film industries, 'Megastar' title was introduced and got popularity with Chiranjeevi and it was later given away to only few heroes of other film industries. 

NAGENDRA BABU: 'Mega Brother' is an apt title for Nagendra Babu as the hero forms the bridge between Mega Heroes and mega fans. What so ever the job he does, he is as cool as a cucumber in doing it. 

PAWAN KALYAN: Post 'Gokulamlo Seetha's release, mega fans have started calling Pawan Kalyan as 'Power Star'. Today the title turned out to be a tarakamantra for fans. 

RAM CHARAN: Fans gave 'Mega Power Star' title to Ram Charan and they have taken 'Mega' from 'Megastar' and 'Power' from 'Power Star'. Giving justification to this title, Ram Charan created many tollywood's records. It is being said that Ram Charan will soon be given either 'Megastar' or 'Young Megastar' title by fans.

ALLU ARJUN: Chiranjeevi gave the title 'Stylish Star' to Allu Arjun. He turns synonymous to the title by giving perfect justification to his title. 

VARUN TEJ: Chiranjeevi called Varun Tej as 'Mega Prince' during the audio launch of 'Mukunda'. He appears to be one more powerful hero from mega compound soon.
