Rajinikanth in Troubles!

Seems like bad phase of Tamil Superstar will be continued for some more days. It is said that Rajinikanth has been issued notices by the High Court of Madras following the petition lodged by the movie financier Mukunchand. The financier complained that hero Dhanush's father and filmmaker Kasthuri Raja had taken a loan of Rs.65 lakhs from using Rajinikanth's name. Having issued the notices to Rajini, the court suggested the lawyers to file a petition on behalf of Rajini within a week. 

It is a known news that Rajinikanth has earlier approached high court seeking a ban on 'Mein Hoon Rajinikanth', which was produced by Mukunchand. Is it a tit for tat exercise by the filmmaker? Anyways wish that Rajini should overcome all these obstacles and would be back with blockbuster movies.
