Has Roshaiah really submitted his resignation?

In the new political move of Andhra Pradesh Politics, it is now being discussed here and there that Roshaiah has sent his resignation to Central High Command accepting his incapability in dealing with the State.

With Central High Command not showing keen interest in discussing the Telangana issue at this moment on one hand and increasing MLA’s resignations on other hand and again the negative publicity gone into the State Politics about his incapability in preserving the Unity in the Congress and State have been making him to suffer both physically and mentally.

So, to get rid of this struggle and select a better leader for State, Roshaiah is publicized to have been resigned voluntarily for his post and Central Command is willing to reveal the truth only after selecting the alternative leader.
