'Mukunda' Rocking Pre Release Business

Mega brother Nagababu's son Varun Tej is creating tremors at the tollywood trade with his debut movie itself. Reports are that the movie is recording impressing pre release business figures in AP and Telangana. Buzz is that the movie's rights have been sold out to Rs.1.25 crores for East Godavari area and Nellore area's buyers paid Rs.75 lakhs. Total pre release business worth of the movie is around Rs.16 crores in AP and Telangana while it is Rs.18 crores across the globe. Obviously, Rs.19 crores is the target for the movie to consider it as a safe project.

The movie has Pooja Hegde in the female lead. Touted to be a family entertainer, 'Mukunda' has been directed by Srikanth Addala. Micky J Meyer has scored the tunes of the movie. Tagore Madhu and Nallamalupu Bujji have produced the movie on Leo Productions.The movie is slated for release on December 24.
