The AP NGOs and the people of Seemandhra have been agitating for 70 days seeking the state united. Although a few people worked sincerely for the great cause, most of the leaders from AP NGOs, and gully level leaders and their activists agitated for different causes. Most importantly they concentrated mainly on the resignations of 'Seemandhra Kendra Mantrulu', but ignored agitating against other top leaders. In fact, even though the central ministers tendered their resignations, the Congress would have taken the help of other MPs from parliament to get the T-bill passed. Moreover BJP is also in favour of state's division. It was strange that the agitators did not stop opposition leaders like Chandrababu Naidu, when they toured Seemandhra region. Above all, the agitations in Seemandhra appeared to satisfy to egos of AP NGO leaders and some electronic media sources. "Having gone through all these happenings in Seemandhra region, the Congress high command might have taken the Seemandhra movement light and is going ahead for state's bifurcation," opined a political analyst.
However, if the AP NGOs and other agitators fight legally against the state's division, taking the help all the politicians including opposition leaders, they may stop state's bifurcation.
