Kala Tapasvi into Limca Book!

The pride of Telugu cinema, Kala Tapasvi Kasinadhuni Vishwanath entered into Limca Book of Records. The veteran film maker is popular for classical films like 'Sankarabharanam, Sagara Sangamam, Shruti Layalu, Swathi Muthyam, Sirivennela' etc now joins Kamal Hasan and Naseerudin Shah in the new edition of Limca Book of records in this 100 years of Indian Cinema.

Till date, K. Vishwanath is honored with Padma Shri in 1992 and won National Award five times, Nandi Award 12 times and Film Fare South Award 11 times. Infact, he is one director who has shown commercial potentiality in classical music and dances. It is the matter of cooking a good script and audience are ready to patronise even art subjects. When commercial directors like Dasari and K. Raghavendra Rao were at peaks, still K. Vishwanath was successful in carving a niche for his genre of films.
