Adhinayakudu, Andhrawala Relation

Apparently, there are many resemblances between Balakrishna's 'Adhinayakudu' and Jr.NTR's 'Andhrawala'. 'Andhrawala' title was considered for Chiranjeevi's blockbuster hit 'Choodalani Vundi'. However, Chiranjeevi wanted to choose a soft title for the movie and 'Andhrawala' title was deserted by the film makers. Later, Jr.NTR preferred the title 'Andhrawala' and acted a dual role movie with the same title. Unfortunately, the movie bit the dust at the box office.

Currently, another Nandamuri hero, Balakrishna is doing a movie with the title 'Adhinayakudu'. Co-incidentally, 'Adhinayakudu' title was also considered for Chiru before his political entry. Many industry people expected that  the 'Adhinayakudu' subject would have been a platform for Chiru's political entry. However, that project was not worked out. Right now, the makers of the movie, 'Adhinayakudu' are hoping that this movie should not get the result of 'Andhrawala' at the box office. Fans too, are optimistically hoping that this is going to be another blockbuster for Balakrishna like 'Simha'.
