Jayaprakash Narayan shocker over Vijay victory

Vijay's TVK victory in Tamil Nadu is creating tremors across the country. Jayaprakash Narayan, the founder of Lok Satta speaking to scribes expressed his shock at the victory of Vijay. He said though Stalin delivered good governance, voters craved for change. He said people are now expecting changes like in the film Oke Okkadu and victories like this without ideologies are dangerous.

He said Vijay got the results which even Rajini and Kamal couldn't dream of. He said in Telangana only Hyderabad was developed. But in Tamil Nadu more than 50% was urbanised and the state got good marks for good governance. He said now politics changed and people are looking for alternatives. Gen Z is dreaming of instant changes and wonders and added that this is extremely dangerous. He said for any development it takes sometime.

He said there is nothing wrong in aspiring for change but expecting instant change is dangerous and added that even political parties think honestly or else country will be in danger. He said not many thought Stalin would lose and Vijay would win but people voted silently. He added that Stalin would have lost due to backstabbing and treason despite giving good governance. He said one cannot define the verdict of the people. He said a filmstar without any ideology winning the state elections is really shocking.
