Amala shares startling things about Naga Chaitanya

Nagarjuna Akkineni's family dynamics are often discussed, particularly the relationships between his two sons, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. While Chaitanya is the son of Nagarjuna's first wife, Lakshmi Daggubati, Akhil is the product of his second marriage to actress Amala.

Though Amala has been a stepmother to Chaitanya, their relationship is less documented than that between Amala and Akhil. In an interview, Amala candidly acknowledged that Chaitanya wasn't raised with her. She explained that he resided with his mother in Chennai and visited Hyderabad occasionally. She further mentioned that Chaitanya mostly spent time with his father.

Amala described Chaitanya as a well-mannered young man. She also shared a heartwarming anecdote about Akhil's childhood admiration for his elder brother. Akhil used to follow Chaitanya around and eagerly awaited his visits to Hyderabad.

While their bond appears close, Amala's comments subtly suggest that her relationship with Akhil is perhaps stronger. This is further indicated by her anxiety about the release of both her sons' films, stating that she gets nervous until the box office results are in.

Currently, Naga Chaitanya is working on the film "Tandel," directed by Chandu Mondeti. He is hoping for a comeback after a series of box office setbacks. Similarly, Akhil is also looking to regain his footing in the industry.
