In a heartwarming revelation, Shyamala Devi, wife of legendary Telugu film star Krishnam Raju, expressed her desire to see Prabhas portray the iconic freedom fighter Alluri Seetharamaraju in a biopic.

While participating in the 127th birth anniversary celebrations of Alluri Seetharamaraju, Shyamala Devi shared her vision with the media. "Alluri Seetharamaraju will come back to life on screen if Prabhas plays his character. Many fans wish to see Prabhas as Alluri. I will convey fans’ wishes to Prabhas and try my best to see the project through," she stated.

This sentiment echoes the widespread desire among fans to witness Prabhas embodying the legendary figure. Shyamala Devi also recalled her husband's unwavering commitment to honoring Alluri's legacy, mentioning Krishnam Raju's efforts to secure a statue of the freedom fighter in parliament 15 years ago. "Krishnam Raju garu had met with the then Speaker Meira Kumar and requested her permission for Alluri’s statue. But his wish was never fulfilled for some reason. We will now request the President and Prime Minister of India regarding the statue," she added.

While Prabhas' schedule is currently packed with anticipated projects like "Raja Saab," "Salasar 2," and "Spirit," Shyamala Devi's dream project has sparked a wave of anticipation among fans.
