Pushpa The Rule Nizam rights sold for fancy sum.Allu Arjun and Sukumar's *Pushpa: The Rule*, one of the most anticipated pan-India releases of the year, is set to ignite the box office on August 15th. The film, a sequel to the blockbuster *Pushpa: The Rise*, is already riding a wave of sky-high expectations, fueled by the first part's astounding success, which garnered over ₹370 crore gross worldwide.

The immense craze surrounding *Pushpa: The Rule* has sparked a fierce bidding war amongst distributors eager to secure the film's theatrical rights.  In a recent development, a top distributor has reportedly offered a staggering ₹100 crore as an advance to acquire the film's Nizam distribution rights for all languages.  While the final details of the deal are yet to be confirmed, this unprecedented sum reflects the massive confidence in the film's potential.

With an ensemble cast including Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna, *Pushpa: The Rule* is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.  

Music director Devi Sri Prasad, whose previous compositions for the *Pushpa* franchise, including the chart-topping hits *Pushpa Pushpa* and *Sooseki*, have created a buzz, is expected to deliver another captivating soundtrack for the sequel, further amplifying anticipation for the film's release.
