Ranbir Ramayan goes to sets.Since Nitesh Tiwari announced his upcoming project "Ramayana," fans have eagerly awaited the film. The excitement reached new heights when reports surfaced that Ranbir Kapoor would portray the role of Lord Ram in this magnum opus. Fans have been thrilled at the prospect of seeing him in this never-before-seen avatar. As several pictures from the actor's preparation sessions went viral on social media, the anticipation grew. Now, on April 3, the first picture from the sets of this unannounced film has surfaced, marking day one of the shoot.

The first day on the set of Ramayana revealed a glimpse of what's to come. Two pictures from the sets have been circulating on social media, showcasing a set that is still under construction. The set featured several pillars and wooden walls, with most of it well-covered and not fully visible. Only a temple-like dome structure could be partially seen. However, what caught everyone’s attention was the text that was displayed in the story.

One of the pictures also featured the text, “Ramayana Day 1,” sparking speculation that it is from the sets of Nitesh Tiwari's Ranbir Kapoor starrer "Ramayana." A source had exclusively reported that Nitesh Tiwari would commence filming "Ramayana" on April 2 in Mumbai. Sources close to the film revealed that a set has been constructed at Film City, marking the beginning of this divine film's journey. The set is designed to resemble a Gurukul and has been combined with a green screen for enhancement in the post-production process. The first schedule begins with child artists playing the roles of Lord Ram, Laxman, and Bharat.

“Nitesh Tiwari will be shooting the childhood portions of Lord Ram, where Guru Vasishtha imparts life lessons to Lord Ram and his brothers. Shishir Sharma has been cast to play the role of Guru Vasishtha, whereas the names of the child artists have been kept under wraps for now. It's a pure and honest take on Ramayana, and the makers are being very cautious to do justice to every part written in the books. It's a trilogy, and the intent is not just to create a visual spectacle, but a film that can educate generations to come,” the source added.
