Hanu Man director Prashanth Varma dreams of Balakrishna. Prashanth Varma, eagerly anticipating the release of his highly-anticipated socio-fantasy film "Hanu-Man," recently revealed that he is in discussions with Telugu cinema stalwart Nandamuri Balakrishna for a potential big-ticket project. Speaking at a promotional event, Varma expressed his admiration for Balakrishna's iconic films like 'Bhairavadweepam' and 'Aditya 369,' citing them as major influences on his cinematic journey.

"I am a big fan of Balakrishna's films, and I requested Balakrishna Garu to watch my upcoming film 'Hanu-Man' and then decide about working with me," Varma shared at the event. Prashanth Varma had the opportunity to collaborate with Balakrishna previously while creating engaging promos for the talk show 'Unstoppable NBK.' During this collaboration, Varma got a chance to spend time with the scion of the Nandamuri family and was impressed by Balakrishna's amiable nature.

"Balakrishna is the sweetest among the actors I have worked with. Fans were enthusiastic about us working together, and even Balakrishna expressed openness to the idea. However, I urged him to watch my film 'Hanu-Man' and then make a decision. My vision is to create a larger-than-life movie with him," Varma concluded.

While Balakrishna has shown a preference for collaborating with younger directors such as Gopichand Malineni, Anil Ravipudi, and Bobby in recent times, Varma's reputation for innovative thinking and delivering unique themes positions him as a promising choice for a potential collaboration. As discussions continue, fans await the possibility of witnessing the synergy between the veteran actor and the director known for thinking outside the conventional cinematic boundaries.
