Superstar Ranbir Kapoor scored much deserved huge blockbuster with 'Animal'. It has been many years since, his fans and industry people are yearning for a monumental success to the credit of Ranbir for his ability and acting prowess. Finally, Director Sandeep Vanga delivered such a mammoth success with Animal for Ranbir Kapoor. The film has been shaking boxoffice for the last two weeks since it's release on 1st December. The film has raked in Rs 860+ Crores in its 19 days.

At one point of time 'Animal' seems like about to create history in Indian cinema by crossing Rs 1000 crores and even challenged highest grossers Pathaan and Jawan from Bollywood. But, Ranbir Kapoor and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal' is witnessing a gradual decline in collection in its third week. The film has considerably slowed down in theatres after an eventful two weeks.

On its 18th day it collected Rs 5.7 Crores and on its 19th day at the box office, December 19, the film added another Rs 5 crore to its total. The 19-day total collection of 'Animal' now stands at Rs 523 crore nett in India and Rs 860 Crores gross globally. Starting December 21, theatres will allot majority of the screens to Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki' and Prabhas' 'Salaar'.

So, most probably Animal will end its lifetime run around Rs 900 Crores nad has very low chances to make it to Rs 1000 crore mark. Being an Adult rated film and sharing screens, shows during initial days with other release Sam Bahadur has affected Animal for about Rs 100 Crores. Otherwise, it would have been easily cross the coveted Rs 1000 mark at the boxoffice.
