Salman Khan security reviewed On Tuesday, the Mumbai Police conducted a security reassessment for Salman Khan following an indirect threat posted on Facebook, allegedly from a profile claiming to be associated with incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The Facebook account prominently featured Bishnoi's photo as its display picture.

It's noteworthy that Lawrence Bishnoi is presently in custody in connection with a drug smuggling case under investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The concerning Facebook post, initially directed at Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal regarding a recent incident at his Vancouver residence, also issued a caution to Salman Khan. The post conveyed, "While you regard Salman Khan as your brother, it's now time for your 'brother' to step in and rescue you. Salman Khan, don't harbor the misconception that Dawood will be your savior; no one can shield you."

The post continued with a reference to Salman Khan's public response to Sidhu Moose Wala's demise, stating, "Your dramatic response to Sidhu Moose Wala’s death did not go unnoticed. We all know the kind of person he was and the criminal associations he had. You've now caught our attention. Consider this a trailer; the full film will be released soon. You may flee to any country, but remember, death doesn’t require a visa; it comes uninvited."

Upon discovering that the origin of the Facebook account is situated outside India, the Mumbai Police promptly responded by initiating a review of Salman Khan's security protocols. The actor was promptly notified of the potential threat posed by the Facebook post. Law enforcement authorities are actively seeking information from Facebook to trace the account holder and the associated IP address.

This incident comes after Salman Khan received a death threat via email in March, purportedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Bishnoi is also alleged to be the mastermind behind the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala. The Hindi-language email emphasized that Salman Khan should have seen Lawrence Bishnoi's recent interview to a news channel, further escalating the security concerns surrounding the actor.
