Yash Raj Films to do it again for SRK Dunki

Yash Raj Films will distribute Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's much - awaited film Dunki in the international markets. Directed by maverick Rajkumar Hirani, the social comedy-drama is scheduled to release on December 21st in international markets. 

Yash Raj Films has been a key distributing partner of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer. The studio previously distributed the actor's action thriller Jawan in September this year and the film went on to score over 390 crores at the overseas box office, next only to its blockbuster "Pathaan", which also stars SRK in 2023.

Now, the latest update is that Dunki is opposite to SRK's previous two movies which were out-and-out mass entertainers. The upcoming movie focuses on "Donkey Flight", an unlawful backdoor entry technique for nations like the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States of America. The Dunki depicts the lives of Indians who choose to enter the nation using this illegal process and struggle to return home.

While "Pathaan" and "Jawan" were box office blockbusters in overseas, "Dunki" is expected to be even bigger than those movies keeping Rajkumar Hirani and SRK crazy in international markets.Produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Jio Studios and Rajkumar Hirani Films.
