Due to his leg injury, he regrettably had to cancel his plans to visit Thrissur Ragam Theater and Kochi Kavita Theater. Expressing his gratitude to the people of Kerala, he mentioned that a minor injury had prevented him from reaching the other venues and attending the press meeting. He assured everyone that he would return to meet his Kerala fans soon.

Taking to his social media account, Lokesh Kanagaraj wrote, "Thank you, Kerala, for your love. Overwhelmed, happy, and grateful to see you all in Palakkad. Due to a small injury in the crowd, I couldn’t make it to the other two venues and the press meeting. I would certainly come back to meet you all in Kerala again soon. Till then, continue enjoying #Leo with the same love."

The incident serves as a testament to the fervent fan base and the immense success of "Leo" in Kerala.
