Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Wednesday promised to solve the problems of backward class sections on a priority basis.
The Chief Minister made this statement when Backward Classes Sankshema Sangham president R Krishnaiah met him at his camp office to raise the problems of backward class community.
Submitting a memorandum to Rosaiah, Krishnaiah told reporters the Chief Minister has assured to fill all teacher vacancies announced in District Selection Committee-2008 notification.
Krishnaiah said he has also raised fee reimbursement for reserved category students. The Chief Minister responded favourably to both issues, he said.
He said the Chief Minister assured to take a decision on DSC candidates issue within a week after discussing it in cabinet meeting.
If the government delays in solving these issues, he threatened to seize all national highways in the state on May 28.
