Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan today met with party workers and leaders at JSP headquarters in Mangalgiri. Speaking on the occasion, he said that there is a severe shortage of sand in the state. “Due to lack of sand, party office construction has been halted,” he said.
Pawan Kalyan also warned ruling YSR Congress Party over other problems being faced by people of Andhra. “We are giving 100 days time for YSRCP to address the problems of the people. If the problems are not solved within this deadline, Janasena will begin protests soon,” he warned.
Pawan Kalyan asserted that YSRCP and TDP leaders had approached him for an alliance in the recent elections. He however clarified; he refused the proposals since he didn’t want alliance with any party.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan along with Naga Babu and Nadendla Manohar formally met Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan at Raj Bhavan, since he did not attend the swearing-in ceremony of the Governor.
It seems Pawan Kalyan is very serious about making his party emerge as an alternative in Andhra Pradesh.
Curiously, YS Jagan reviewed the sand situation and asked District Collectors to make sure its availability.
