Vital six minutes before YSR death.

After emerging of too many fictional theories based on YS Rajashekhar Reddy chopper crash, the final report by RK Tyagi and his committee was submitted today to Civil Aviation Ministry.

RK Tyagi, MD of Pawan Hans Helicopters had reported that the probable and main attributes for crash of the chopper was bad weather along with Pilot’s error in losing control over the chopper.

Although the flight was cleared for ‘Visual Flight Rules,’ crew which noticed the snag was engrossed for vital six minutes before the impact in searching for the relevant checklist from the Flight Manual thus distracting the attention from poor visibility and losing situational awareness, report said.
