New Delhi, Jan 5: Communist Party of India general secretary Narayana on Tuesday said the Congress party should pronounce its stand on the formation of Telangana.Talking to newsmen before attending the all-party meeting convened by Union Home Minister P Chidambaram here, he said the Congress was deceiving the Telangana people without a clear stand.Meanwhile,

the Telugu Desam leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said the law and order problem in the state was triggered due to the confusing statements issued by the Centre and the Congress leaders.Addressing newsmen before attending the all-party meeting, he said the Centre is responsible for the present State crisis. He appealed to the Union Government to solve the controversial issue by taking the majority opinion of leaders.He also demanded that the Congress make its stand clear on the bifurcation of the state.
