No info on Cabinet Note on Telangana: Purandeswari

Union Minister D Purandeswari on Saturday said that she had no information on whether cabinet note on Telangana formation would be presented during the Union Cabinet's meeting on September 25.

Talking to reporters here, Purandeswari described the information as mere speculation by Telangana leaders. She also claimed that the formation of Telangana State was difficult in present circumstance.

Replying to a query, Purandeswari said that most of the Seemandhra MPs and Ministers have given resignations, but they were not accepted. She said that the APNGOs and other organisations should understand the difficulties of these leaders who have been trying hard to act as per the aspirations of people they represent.
