Governor greets people on Ugadi

Governor ESL Narasimhan on Wednesday greeted people on the occasion of Ugadi festival.

In a media communiqué, the Governor said, “On this happy and auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the Telugu New Year   Day, I extend my warmest    greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh and to the Telugu speaking people world over. 

The Governor said that Ugadi is a festival of joy, hope and brings with it new cheer and expectation for a brighter tomorrow. “I am confident that the Vijaya Nama Samvastsaram will usher in peace, prosperity, harmony and happiness to all the people and sections of society for a tranquil and fulfilling New Year,” he said.
