TDP , left parties forge alliance

Hyderabad,Nov 6:The Telugu Desam Party and  the  Left parties of CPI and CPM forged an alliance to defeat the Congress in the ensuing Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections.The truck was finalized on Friday.Both the Tdp and left party leaders were upbeat claiming that the alliance will work out to be good for both the parties in the GHMC elections.According to the understanding the Tdp will yield three seats to CPI and three seats to CPM.

The divisions of Vengala Rao Nagar, Charlapalli and Kawadiguda were give to CPM while Yapral,Bhaglingampalli and Jagadgirigutta have been allotted to CPI.The Tdp has been working closely with the Left parties to hold a check on the ruling Congress.
