Talking to media persons at Assembly media point, Payyavula Kesav asked the 'tainted' ministers to turn approvers and explain the reasons and name people who forced them to issue such GOs. “If the Ministers become approvers and explain the then prevailing conditions that lead to issuing of controversial GOs, the court might reduce punishment,” he pointed out.

Keshav said that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was afraid of initiating action against the ministers fearing of collapse of his government in the State. He demanded that the government place copies of all controversial GOs before the House for discussion.

Kesav said that the Congress party would lose confidence of people if it fails to initiate action against the corrupt ministers.
