Hailing the Andhra Pradesh High Court's decision to dismiss the Public Interest Litigation petition against disproportionate assets case filed by Pulivendula MLA Y S Vijayamma, Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday described the verdict as `a slap on the face on YSR Congress party.’

Talking to media persons at Telugu Desam Legislature Party Office, Naidu said that the High Court judgment has indicated that the petition of Vijayamma was in violation of the principles of natural justice and moved with an intention to tarnish his image politically. Though former chief minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy ordered probe 35 times in connection with various issues, Naidu said that nothing has come out against him and the committees have given clean chit to him.

Naidu said that Y S Vijayamma sought CBI probe against his properties as she had no confidence on probes ordered by YSR. He asked Vijayamma to groom his son Jagan Mohan Reddy properly at least now as he found involved in various scams.

The TDP chief also condemned allegations of YSR Congress party that he had match fixing with Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy Government in appointment of State Information Commissioners. He demanded that the government sack the existing information commissioners and appoint a search committee for selection of new candidates under Right to Information Act.

Responding to introduction of State Budget on Friday, Naidu said that he would not oppose the Budget. However, he said he would not attend the Question Hour on Friday.

Responding to a media report that 20 Ministers and 140 MLAs were found involved in liquor scam, Naidu said that he would not relent on ACB report until the government makes it public.
